How soon should I book before my negotiation?

Ideally, you book at least 7–10 days before a key conversation so there’s time for preparation and iteration. In urgent cases we can compress the work into a shorter window if calendars allow.

Can my employer or company pay?

Yes. Many clients use professional development budgets or ask their employer to sponsor the engagement. We can provide proposals and invoices addressed to your organisation if needed.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Absolutely. We treat all information, documents and names as confidential. We can also sign NDAs where appropriate.
